Registration is now being accepted for the 2014 Fall AYSO season. We continue celebrating 50 years of AYSO this year by charging $75 for the 2014 Fall and 2015 Spring seasons combined.
This one-time fee will allow your child to play in both seasons and each season the player will receive a new uniform. The fall season begins August 1st and the registration deadline to be guaranteed a team is June 15th. Registrations received after that will be placed on a space available basis.
On-line registration at www.eayso.org will be available beginning May 17th. There will be a sign-up event with computer access on that day at the Bayfront Soccer Field Pavilion. You can sign-up and make fee payment at the pavilion from 8:30 to 11:30. Those unable to make the event can go on-line to www.eayso.org, register with an on-line signature, print a copy of the form, and mail with the $75 fee to AYSO, PO Box 5000, Hilo, Hi, 96720. If you can’t make the sign-up event, and do not have computer access, you can pick up a blank form at SportsLine in Hilo, complete, and mail with the fee to the same address as above. With this method, there is also a parent/athlete concussion information sheet that must be completed and printed and returned.
When you register on-line please review and update your information including current email addresses, mailing addresses, and telephone contact numbers. If plans change and you decide after registration to withdraw your child, refund requests will be accepted until July 25th and must be in writing.
We are a parent-run organization and need your participation. Please go to www.eayso.org and register as a volunteer. Not everyone can or wants to be a coach or referee but there are plenty of other tasks which require a minimum amount of time to as much as you want to commit. When you register as a volunteer, please use the on-line signature option, print two copies of your form and send them to the same address as above. And remember, all volunteers, both new and returning, must register every fall season.

Our Volcano Tournament is being held this summer July 17th – 20th. Team play will include both Hilo tournament teams and those from other Big Island and neighbor island regions. In addition to team play, the first day (17th) will include a Soccerfest featuring small-sided games and skills events and is open to any registered AYSO player.
Be watching for notices on how to sign up for 2015 tournament play for divisions U10-U19 and the fall EXTRA program for U10 & U12 divisions.
